Mark Godes
Operations Director, CFP®
Mark Godes is the Operations Director of Optimal Wealth & Investments. Mark has a wealth of experience pertaining to many aspects of an advisory business, including compliance and governance, office efficiencies, client support and technology. Mark joined the firm in 2004. Prior to coming on board at OWI, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science, while working for Scudder Investments as an AARP senior associate and LPL Financial as an Advisory Services representative. He has been in the financial services industry for 25 years. Since joining OWI, Mark has obtained the Certified Financial Planner designation and the General Securities (Series 7) registration. As a Certified Financial Planner, Mark is very knowledgeable regarding a variety of financial planning concepts.
On a personal note, Mark is a native Californian and a huge San Diego Padres fan. He has been married to his wife Dawn for 30 years. They have three wonderful children, Jessica, Anthony and Rebecca and one grandson, Asher.
